TODAY while watching a popular serial on NDTV Imagine- "Rakhi ka Swayamwar" a name popped on screen SMITA MOHLA(Bansal) that made me stand up. On investigation through net I found her to be an actress on popular serial of NDTV Imagine-Ballika Vadhu. She acted in CID serial on Sony Entertainment and married to Ankush Mohla-producer director. Further research showed Ankush Mohla to be son of another famous Mohla in Film Industry Shri Madan Mohla. He has directed some very popular movies, DUS NUMBARI with Manoj Kumar being the most successful. I think Mahender Uncle know a lot about this family and can throw further light on this and point to their position in VANSHAVALI.
Paradoxically another Jitender Kumar MOHLA became very infamously popular few months ago-february 2009- for allegedly threatening Indigo airway staff and holding the flight from Mumbai to New Delhi.
I checked with Mr.J.P.Mohla who did not give much information about this gentleman.
